Since 1991, Peter has served as an ADR neutral primarily involving IP (patent, trademark, trade secret), IT and other technology-related disputes encompassing a wide range of technologies and industries, e.g., aviation, electronics (hardware and software), energy, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and infrastructure (including investment); and secondarily other commercial disputes.
