Experienced attorney and mediator with expertise in high conflict, intractable litigation. Mediation of civil, commercial, contract, family business and family law disputes, Federal District Court, including FEMA and United States Bankruptcy Court cases.  Participation in international dispute resolution efforts through investigation of war crimes in Sudan, drafting complaints to the International Criminal Court, assessment of dispute resolution efforts of the African Union in Ethiopia, the UN in Cyprus, and Mediation Centers in India, and conduct mediation training in U.S. and abroad.
